    • When can I redeem my training?
      All discounted training must be used during the 2023 calendar year. Once purchased, you'll receive a confirmation email. On or before January 1st, 2023, you'll receive a the details required to redeem your discounted training sessions.
    • What's your refund policy?
      Due to the discounted pricing, I'm unable to offer refunds at this time. If you wish to purchase at full price, my standard refund policy will apply.
    • Can I request training more than once per month?
      Absolutely! They are positioned as once per month, as that's been a great cadence for my clients in the past. However, you can use them all in one week if you want to. I tend to build in action tasks after each session, so it's usually best to have some time in between to practice your learnings.

      Also, you're more than welcome to buy as many packs as you want while this limited time offer is still available.
    • Can I order more than once?
      Yes. You will need to go through the checkout experience for each additional purchase. The same terms apply for use in 2023.
